General booking conditions:

A deposit of 40% of the reservation value is required.
Full payment for the stay is required on the day of arrival.

Additional information:

Hotel stay: Begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Resort fee: 3.22 PLN/day/person.
We are a pet-friendly hotel!
On-site use of the SPA area for an additional fee.
Possibility to use salt thermal baths for an additional fee.
The hotel reserves the right to change the schedule and hours of hotel attractions.

Important information
Our Hotel complies with the standards for the protection of minors. Therefore, to ensure safety and adherence to applicable standards, hotel staff will, whenever possible, identify the child and the guardianship relationship between adults and minors during check-in.
Accordingly:
- Receptionist may require proof of identity by presenting a valid photo ID, such as an identity card, passport, or other recognized identification document.
- In the case of a minor traveling without legal guardians, their consent for the child’s stay in the facility is required.
